In this 3-year project the main objective was to develop a European model for Case Managers supporting young persons seeking the entrance in the job market. This model was developed, trained, and piloted during the lifetime of the project. The innovative approach was to align the model to the demands and structure of the ECVET (European System of Credits for Vocational Education and Training). With this project we aimed especially at helping young persons with educational disadvantages.
The project consortium consisted of six partners from five European countries: Austria, Germany, Spain, Greece and Slowenia.
