Am Ende der Stufe B1 English Business Line können Sie: Standardbriefe verstehen, Standardangebote verfassen, Informationen über Arbeitsprozesse und Produkte aufnehmen, den eigenen Tätigkeitsbereich/ die Firma/ die Abteilung anderen gegenüber flüssig am Telefon oder im Gespräch beschreiben, Vereinbarungen treffen.

This course focuses on conversational skills required in daily business life. After a general introduction into the working environment we will simulate authentic business situations and handle all upcoming aspects over the phone,when talking face-to-face or via e-mail. With the aid of a variety of media we will practice phrases and forms in areas such as meetings and conferences, presentations and negotiations. Depending on time and interest, we will also cover some general areas of correspondence such as CVs and letters of application. You will be asked to contribute 5 Euro to the costs of training material.
