Exploring Wilhelmsburg on two wheels

Ein Kurs von Elaine Thomas
Wilhelmsburg is a city with old natural environmental preserves and new and fascinating changes! Let's enjoy a day of biking and speaking English at the same time! Bring your favorite picknick brunch to share with the other bikers!
We will meet at 11:00 am at the main entrance of the new Inselpark (opposite S-Bahnhof Wilhelmsburg) and from there start our cycling tour that will lead us to the "Old-Free-Harbor" in Reiherstieg, the Dove Elbe windmill, Moorwerder and the Bunthäuser Spitze. There we will experience the integral nature preserve Heuckenlock, Europe's last tide-floodplain forest!
In case of rainy weather - don't forget your rainwear! - we can have a nice lunch at either the new Greek /Turkish restaurant back at the Wilhelmsburger Park or the Wälderhaus Restaurant.
