Introduction to Agile Project Management

The importance of Agile Project Management is increasing rapidly - not only in almost every software and technology company globally.
In this course, you will be introduced to the Lean-Agile mindset and various Agile frameworks. The most popular Agile framework “Scrum” will be taught in detail based on the “Scrum Guide”. We will also play a Simulation Game to provide you with a hands-on experience with Scrum within a team
The aim is to get you started with Agile Project Management and introduce you to all the relevant areas within this domain. It will help you perform better in an Agile team and evolve to a leadership role in an agile company.
The scaled frameworks like SAFe, Spotify, Nexus will also be discussed, depending on the interest of the participants.
I will also show you how to kickstart your career in this domain with all relevant certifications from basic to advanced. Many students acquire the Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certificate exam after this training. I will also provide you with a sample test for PSM exam for you to evaluate your performance in the exam.
