We will look at the practical side of self-presentation: how to speak more clearly, how to structure what you say, how to dress in a way that reflects who you are. But just as importantly, we will work on the inner side of things and show to shift the way you see yourself, build confidence without faking it, and feel more grounded when all eyes are on you.
