Journaling: Reflection & Writing
Online-Kurs in English
In cooperation with Afrotopia Black Academy
Journaling can be a form of creative autobiographic and/or fictive writing. In this Write to Heal Workshop the focus is set on processing personal experiences and strengthen your relationship with yourself: feel - reflect - process - in best case start to heal.
Together we‘ll create a safe space that allows us to start deep diving into of our own selves; self reflection is key to keeping up the journaling practice. In the workshop we focus on self reflection and writing. In the end you will leave with first tools which help to write down troubles, worries and hardships of our souls in everyday life and later on.
Nobody has to share what is being written in the workshop - anyone is welcome to share anything they like in the safe space we‘re creating together. This workshop is trying to create a safer space for BIPOCs - so we’d also talk about what it means to be an „individual of color“ in this mainly white society.
