Manfred Dederichs is an experienced teacher, who has taught at different schools, both here in Hamburg as well as in Lagos, Nigeria and Dubai, UAE, where he as Deputy Head-master helped to build up the German International School. His subjects are English, Politics, Sports and History, primarily in A-Level classes. He’s also written books on how to teach History in bi-lingual classes. As an adventurous und curious person, he has tra-velled the world and written books on Canada, New Zealand and California for various German publishing houses (Merian, dtv et alli.). Besides travelling he is also interested in movies, sports and literature, especially in that of the US in the last 150 years.
